摘　　要：目的:分析基于ERAS理念的综合护理干预对腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术后患者恢复速度、疼痛感受及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年2月至2024年5月福安市医院收治的行腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予ERAS理念综合护理干预。分析2组患者的胃肠功能恢复情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评价2组护理前后睡眠质量变化情况,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者的疼痛感受。结果:干预后,观察组胃肠功能恢复时间明显短于对照组,观察组术后VAS评分显著低于对照组,观察组术后睡眠质量PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:行腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术患者给予ERAS理念的综合护理干预,可显著缩短患者肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排便时间、首次进食时间,减少患者的疼痛感受,同时提高睡眠质量和满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention based on ERAS concept on recovery speed,pain perception,and sleep quality of patients after laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:A total of 90 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy at Fu'an Hospital from February 2022 to May 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=45)and an observation group(n=45)using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received ERAS concept comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Analyze the recovery of gastrointestinal function in two groups of patients,evaluate the changes in sleep quality before and after nursing using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and compare the pain perception of the two groups of patients using the Visual Analog Scale(VAS).Results:After intervention,the observation group had significantly shorter gastrointestinal function recovery time,lower postoperative VAS scores,and better sleep quality(PSQI scores)compared to the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing interventions based on the ERAS concept for patients undergoing laparoscopic appendectomy can significantly shorten the patient's first bowel movement,bowel sound recovery time,anal defecation time,and first meal time,reduce the patient's pain sensation,and improve sleep quality and satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
