大跨度悬挑铝板幕墙整体吊装施工方法的研究

摘　　要：以某建筑项目幕墙分项工程为例,根据项目工程钢结构自身的特点,对大跨度悬挑铝板幕墙整体吊装施工技术的施工方法进行了阐述。从技术工艺、施工流程及操作要点、控制重点等多个角度,对铝板幕墙工程进行了深度分析,对其施工过程进行了优化,极大地提高了建筑的施工速度,既减少了施工的困难,又确保了建筑的品质与安全,可为同类项目的铝板幕墙施工积累技术与管理控制的经验。This article takes the curtain wall sub project of a certain building project as an example,and based on the characteristics of the steel structure of the project,elaborates on the construction method of the overall hoisting construction technology for large-span cantilever aluminum panel curtain walls.A deep analysis was conducted on the aluminum panel curtain wall project from multiple perspectives such as technical technology,construction process,operation points,and control points.The construction process was optimized,greatly improving the construction speed of the building.This not only reduces construction difficulties,but also ensures the quality and safety of the building,accumulating experience in technical and management control for the construction of aluminum panel curtain walls in similar projects.
