摘  要:研究以湖南健康城项目结构支撑设计为例,通过对传统梁底独立支撑体系优缺点进行分析并优化创新,研制了出一种梁底可调节盘扣架支撑的体系。该体系相比以往独立支撑,不仅可实现重复利用,而且具有操作简单、缩短工期、降低成本等优点,且可横向调整,适用于不同梁截面大小、不同情况的支撑。同时利用midas Gen有限元软件对可行性进行验证、总结,以为实现工程提供指导。Taking the structural support design of the Hunan Health City project as an example,this study analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional beam bottom independent support system,optimized and innovated,and developed a beam bottom adjustable buckle support system.compared with previous independent supports,this system not only enables reuse,but also has the advantages of simple operation,shortened construction period,and reduced cost.it can also be horizontally adjusted and is suitable for supports of different beam section sizes and situations.simultaneously utilizing midas Gen finite element software to verify and summarize feasibility,providing guidance for implementing the project.
