摘  要:研究介绍了双坡度异形截面钢结构采光顶受场地限制,依据其结构特点,对采光顶进行深化设计,减小钢梁长度,减轻重量,并采用5 t汽车式起重机或蜘蛛吊将其吊至预定位置后进行焊接安装作业,合理编排钢梁施工工序,并利用TEKLA建模下料钢梁异形连接剖口,对交叉中心点定位钢梁研发出一种定位槽以解决定位安装问题。The study introduces that the double slope irregular section steel structure skylight is limited by the site.Based on its structural characteristics,the skylight is further designed to reduce the length and weight of the steel beams.A 5-ton truck crane or spider crane is used to lift it to the predetermined position for welding and installation.The steel beam construction process is reasonably arranged,and TEKLA is used to model the irregular connection section of the cutting steel beam.A positioning groove is developed to locate the steel beam at the intersection center point to solve the positioning and installation problem.
