摘  要:沪渝蓉铁路钟祥汉江特大桥的主桥跨径布置为(60+78+270+78+60)m,两座索塔结构相同,均为塔高100 m以上的H形索塔,采用单箱单室矩形截面设计,索塔施工中具有上下横梁施工难度大、索导管等预埋部件定位加固难度大、索塔线形测量难度大等特点,通过开展超高索塔施工关键技术研究,形成了索塔临时对撑技术、上下横梁高空装配式托架现浇技术、索塔施工线形控制技术,实现了超高索塔的顺利施工,提升了建设质量的同时为将来类似超高索塔以及墩柱的施工积累了宝贵的经验。The span layout of the main bridge of Zhongxiang Hanjiang River Bridge of Shanghai-Yurong Railway is(60+78+270+78+60)m,the two cable towers have the same structure,all are designed for H-shaped cable towers over 100 m high,using single chamber rectangular section,the construction of cable tower has the characteristics of the difficulty of upper and lower beam.The difficulty of positioning and strengthening the embedded parts such as cable pipe,and the difficulty of measuring the cable tower,through the development of research on the key technologies of ultra-high cable tower construction,formed the cable tower temporary support technology,the upper and lower beam high altitude assembly bracket cast-in-place technology,the cable tower construction linear control technology,realize the smooth construction of the super-high cable tower,which improves the construction quality and accumulates valuable experience for the future construction of similar ultrahigh cable tower and pier column.
