摘 要:邻近密集建筑物的深基坑工程支护设计及施工控制对建筑物的安全稳定具有重要影响。以济南市海棠映月住宅区深基坑项目为实例,结合周边建筑物特点及工程施工重难点,提出了桩锚支护、复合土钉墙支护的组合支护设计方案,探讨了钻孔灌注桩、锚索(杆)、网喷混凝土等关键施工工艺的控制要点。研究成果为类似深基坑工程的支护设计及施工控制提供了一定指导及借鉴。The support design and construction control of deep foundation pit project adjacent to dense buildings has an important impact on the safety and stability of buildings.Taking the deep foundation pit project of Jinan Haitangyingyue Residential District as an example,the combined support design scheme of pile and anchor supporting and composite soil nail wall supporting was proposed,which according to characteristics of surrounding buildings and construction difficulties.The key construction techniques such as drilled piles,anchors,and mesh spraying concrete were explored control points.The research results could provide guidance and reference for the support design and construction control of similar deep foundation pit projects.
