摘 要:通过围绕某地区水利工程橡胶坝的施工设计,结合软土地基的土层实际状况,利用双向水泥搅拌桩、“三喷四搅”施工工艺,对含水率高、间隙大的地基土质做出处理,调整灰浆泵喷浆量并重复喷浆搅拌,使水泥浆与土体充分拌和,施工完成后对停灰面高程,以及桩体完整性、水泥土质量等进行测量,保证施工质量符合工程标准要求。Based on the construction design of a rubber dam for a water conservancy project in a certain region,combined with the actual soil conditions of soft soil foundation,the construction technology of two-way cement mixing piles and three spraying and four mixing is used to treat the soil with high moisture content and large gaps in the foundation.The amount of mortar pump spraying is adjusted and repeated spraying and mixing is carried out to fully mix the cement slurry with the soil.After the construction is completed,the elevation of the ash stopping surface,the integrity of the pile body,and the quality of cement soil are measured to ensure that the construction quality meets the engineering standards.
