摘 要:在“3060”“双碳”愿景目标下,降低居住建筑碳排放、提升室内热环境舒适度已成为我国现阶段亟需解决的问题。模块化建筑作为一种革新的建筑形式,具有建造周期快、节能环保等优点,结合可再生能源利用是实现建筑节能减排的重要途径。建立了模块化人居单元与光伏光热等可再生能源深度结合利用的设计建造模式,集成多项绿色技术,于山东临沂朱家林国家级田园综合体搭建了实验单元,并对建筑室内热环境、能耗、碳排放与经济性能等进行实测与分析。测试结果表明,实验单元运行阶段能够大幅降低能耗,在智能控制系统运行情况下,室内热环境舒适度良好。为营造绿色低碳、健康舒适的人居环境提供了新思路。In the context of China’s“30·60”“Dual-Carbon Goals”,reducing carbon emissions in residential buildings and improving indoor thermal comfort are pressing challenges.Modular construction,as an innovative form of building,offers advantages such as rapid construction and energy efficiency.Integrating the use of renewable energy sources,including photovoltaic and solar thermal,is a key strategy for achieving energy-saving and emission reduction in the building sector.This study develops a design and construction model for modular living units deeply integrated with renewable energy sources.Incorporating various green technologies,an experimental unit is erected in the Zhujialin National Rural Complex in Linyi,Shandong.The building’s indoor thermal environment,energy consumption,carbon emissions,and economic performance are empirically evaluated and analyzed.The results indicate that the operational phase of the experimental unit substantially reduces energy consumption,and with the implementation of an intelligent control system,the indoor thermal environment is comfortably maintained.This design research offers new perspectives for fostering a green,low-carbon,healthy,and comfortable living environment.
