摘  要:为了降低西宁市居住建筑的供暖能耗,明确围护结构节能工作的重点,研究围护结构性能参数对供暖能耗影响的敏感程度。以西宁市居住建筑为研究对象,基于非平衡保温理念,采用能耗模拟与局部敏感性分析相结合的研究方法,选取围护结构性能参数屋面及外墙、外窗的传热系数和外窗太阳得热系数作为影响因素,研究不同朝向围护结构性能参数对供暖能耗的影响,分析其对供暖能耗影响的敏感程度。结果表明:对供暖能耗影响最大的是南向外窗太阳得热系数和传热系数,敏感性因子权重占比为43.6%及17.9%;其次是北向外墙和外窗传热系数;东西朝向外窗传热系数及太阳得热系数对供暖能耗的影响可以忽略。研究结果可为西宁市居住建筑围护结构节能设计提供参考。In order to reduce the heating energy consumption of residential buildings in Xining City and clarify the focus of energy-saving work of envelope structure,the sensitivity of envelope performance parameters on heating energy consumption is studied,a high-rise residential building is taken as the research object,based on the concept of non-equilibrium thermal insulation,the research method combining energy consumption simulation and local sensitivity analysis is adopted.The heat transfer coefficient of roof,outer wall and outer window,and the solar heat gain coefficient of outer window are selected as the influencing factors.The influence of different orientation envelope performance parameters on heating energy consumption is studied,and its sensitivity to heating energy consumption is analyzed.The results show that the solar heat gain coefficient and heat transfer coefficient of the south-facing outer window have the greatest influence on the energy-saving,and the weight of the sensitivity factor accounts for 43.6%and 17.9%;the second is the heat transfer coefficient of the north-facing outer wall and the outer window;the influence of the heat transfer coefficient of the east-west-facing outer window and the solar heat gain coefficient on the energy-saving can be nearly ignored.The research results provide references for the energy-saving design of residential building envelope in Xining City.
