基于建筑全年动态冷负荷模拟的空调冷冻水系统方案比选分析

摘  要:对深圳某总部办公楼空调冷负荷进行了全年动态负荷模拟,得出其峰值负荷及各部分负荷率的全年延续时长及所占全年总时长的百分比。提出3种空调冷冻水系统供回水温度、温差方案,基于以上负荷分析的数据基础,通过初投资及运行费用的分析得出最合理供冷温度为6/12℃。同时提出3种空调冷冻水竖向系统分区方案,通过初投资、运行费用、机房面积、施工运行维护难度等多维度综合比选后得出空调冷冻水系统应进行竖向分区,且最合理分区位置在100 m避难层。研究结果为类似的超高层项目确定空调冷冻水系统供回水温度、温差,以及是否设置竖向分区及如何分区,提供了一定的分析思路及借鉴方法。By conducting a dynamic air conditioning cooling load simulation for a headquarter office building in Shenzhen,the peak load,the lasting time of the part load and the percentage of part load rate were obtained.Three kinds of water supply and return temperature difference of chilled water are proposed,and the most reasonable cooling temperature is 6/12℃through the analysis of initial investment and operating cost.Meanwhile,three kinds of chilled water vertical system partition plans are proposed.Through the multi-dimensional comprehensive comparison of initial investment,operation cost,equipment room area,difficulty of construction and maintenance and other aspects,the vertical partition should be carried out,and the most reasonable partition position is in the 100 m refuge floor.This paper provides some analysis ideas and reference methods for similar super high-rise projects on the chilled water temperature,temperature difference,whether to set up a vertical partition and how to partition the chilled water system.
