摘  要:在国家大力倡导各行各业节能减排、降碳固碳的大背景下,各种新标准、新技术陆续实施,建筑行业对此响应尤为明显。结合山东省某近零能耗综合办公楼项目,概括性阐述了主动式、被动式、可再生能源利用等近零能耗建筑技术;以提高建筑的综合节能率和可再生能源利用率为具体实施目标,给出了实现近零能耗建筑的技术路线;通过研究和工程实践,详细介绍了项目中采用的主被动式技术,绘制了若干构造做法和节点图,模拟了优化门窗大小及位置后的室内自然通风效果;通过列举项目建筑全年供暖、供冷、照明、生活热水等能耗模拟结果,得到了近零能耗建筑能耗指标的定量值,为近零能耗建筑的从业人员提供一定的借鉴参考。In the context of the domestic strong advocacy for energy conservation,emission reduction,and carbon sequestration in all industries,various new standards and technologies have been implemented one after another,and the construction industry has responded particularly clearly to this.A near zero energy comprehensive office building in Shandong Province is analyzed,providing a summary of related technologies such as utilization of active energy,passive energy,and renewable energy;The specific implementation goal is to improve the comprehensive energy efficiency and renewable energy utilization rate of buildings,and a technical route for achieving near zero energy buildings is provided;Through research and engineering practice,the main and passive technologies used in the project are introduced in details,several construction methods and node diagrams are drawn,and the indoor natural ventilation effect after optimizing the size and position of doors and windows is simulated;By listing the annual energy consumption simulation results of heating,cooling,lighting,and domestic hot water in this project,quantitative values of energy consumption indicators for near zero energy buildings are obtained,providing certain reference for practitioners of near zero energy buildings.
