摘　　要：医院建筑由于功能结构复杂、能源形式多样,其能耗普遍高于一般公共建筑,节能潜力很大。在“双碳”目标背景下,通过总结重点用能医院能耗管理和低碳发展存在的问题并研究制定低碳发展路径,对实现医疗卫生机构绿色低碳发展具有重要意义。以三级医院为研究对象,运用问卷调查法收集部分三级医院2019-2021年的能耗数据,并重点分析36家重点用能医院能耗和碳排放现状,分析得出36家重点用能医院能耗和碳排放总量占比超过全省三级医院的一半,能耗和碳排放效率均高于全省三级医院平均水平。重点用能医院应积极推进节能降碳工作,实现高质量可持续发展,发挥其在医疗卫生机构节能减排的引领示范作用。Due to the complex functional structure and various forms of energy,the energy consumption of hospital buildings is higher than that of general public buildings,and the energy saving potential is great.In the context of the“Dual-Carbon Goals”,it is of great significance to realize the green and low-carbon development of medical and health institutions by summarizing the problems existing in energy consumption management and low-carbon development of key energy-using hospitals and studying and formulating low-carbon development paths.The tertiary hospitals were selected as the research object,the 2019-2021 energy consumption data of tertiary hospitals was collected by questionnaire survey,and the energy consumption and carbon emission status of 36 key energy-using hospitals were analyzed.The analysis showed that the total energy consumption and carbon emission of 36 key energy-using hospitals accounted for more than half of the tertiary hospitals,and the energy consumption and carbon emission efficiency were higher than the average level of tertiary hospitals.Key energy-using hospitals should actively promote the work of energy conservation and carbon reduction,achieve high-quality sustainable development,and play their leading and exemplary role in energy conservation and emission reduction in medical and health institutions.
