王诚喜教授运用黄芪益肺汤培土生金治疗多种肺系慢性疾病经验探析

摘　　要：肺系慢性疾病包括现代医学中的慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿、支气管哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺纤维化、肺结节等多种呼吸系统慢性疾病。这类疾病的共同点是反复发作、持续进展,在临床上主要表现为反复发作性咳嗽、气喘、咳痰、呼吸不畅,严重者可出现胸闷气促、张口抬肩、发绀、心力衰竭,甚者死亡。王诚喜教授从事中医呼吸科临床工作30多年,致力于中医预防及治疗呼吸系统疾病,认为肺脾二脏在肺系疾病发生发展病机演变的过程中起着非常重要的作用,脾脏所起的作用尤为重要,故自拟“黄芪益肺汤”治脾以治肺,培土生金,取得了很好的疗效,值得同道借鉴与参考。Chronic diseases of pulmonary system include chronic bronchitis with emphysema,bronchial asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary fibrosis,pulmonary nodule and other chronic diseases of respiratory system in modern medicine.A common feature of these diseases is repeated attacks and continuous progression.The main clinical manifestations are recurrent cough,asthma,coughing of phlegm,and disturbance in respiration.In severe cases,chest distress,shortness of breath,gaping mouth and raised shoulders,cyanosis,heart failure,and even death may occur.Professor Wang Chengxi has been engaged in the clinical work of TCM respiratory department for more than 30 years,and is committed to the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases in TCM.He believes that lung and spleen play an important role in the development and pathogenesis of pulmonary system diseases,and the spleen plays a particularly important role.Therefore,Huangqi Yifei Decoction is designed to treat the spleen diseases for treating the lung diseases by reinforcing earth to generate metal,which achieves a good effect and is worthy of learning and reference.
