摘　　要：探索和推进中国式现代化的过程,同时也是中国不断深化对国际法的理解、掌握、阐释、创新的过程。中国式现代化道路的确立及其内涵的明晰,为丰富和推动国际法相关理论和实践提供了重要指引。中国式现代化对于国际法的突出的理论贡献,在于形成了构建人类命运共同体这一具有高度科学性和引领力的重大理念,其作为习近平外交思想的核心理念和新时代中国特色大国外交的崇高目标,实现了独立自主的国家立场与“天下无外”的世界关怀的辩证统一。中国式现代化对于国际法的显著的实践推动,则在于以正确义利观为指导,善意行使大国权利和履行大国义务,践行真正的多边主义,坚定维护国际法权威,推动国际关系民主化,展现负责任大国应有担当。应当依托中国式现代化所创造的人类文明新形态开展国际法话语创新,并在“两个结合”基础上努力构建中国国际法自主知识体系。The process of exploring and promoting the Chinese path to modernization,is also a process for China to continuously deepen its understanding,mastering,interpretation and innovation of international law.The establishment of the Chinese path to modernization as well as the clarification of its connotations,have provided significant guidance to the relevant theories and practices of international law.The prominent theoretical contribution of Chinese modernization to international law,is the formation of the significant idea of building a community of share future for humanity.As the core idea of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy and the lofty goal of the major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the New Era,this idea achieves a dialectical unity between the national standing of independence and the global perspective of“no exception in the world”.While the remarkable practical contribution of Chinese modernization to international law,lies with China’s exercise and performance of the rights and duties of a major country in good faith,under the principle of pursuing the greater good and shared interests.By practicing the true multilateralism,defending the authority of international law,and promoting the democratization of international relations,it has demonstrated how to be a responsible major country.Relying on the new form of human advancement as created by Chinese modernization,efforts should be made to innovate the discourses of international law,so as to construct China’s independent knowledge system of international law on the basis of the“Two Combinations”.
