改良高强度玻璃离子非创伤性修复治疗技术在牙科恐惧症儿童乳牙龋病治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨改良高强度玻璃离子非创伤性修复治疗(ART)技术治疗牙科恐惧症儿童乳牙龋病的效果。方法选择2023年1月~2024年1月在我院儿童口腔科就诊需要进行乳牙龋病充填治疗且年龄在3~6岁的患儿,使用儿童畏惧调查表-牙科分量表(CFSS-DS)筛选出其中患有牙科恐惧症(CFSS-DS评分>39分)的患儿86例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组43例。实验组采用改良高强度玻璃离子ART技术治疗;对照组采用传统的复合树脂充填方式治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗依从性、疼痛程度、心率、家长满意度以及治疗后6个月、12个月龋病充填的疗效。结果实验组Frankl治疗依从性量表评分、Wong-Banker面部表情疼痛量表评分、家长总满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后心率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组间龋齿充填的总疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗12个月后,实验组龋齿充填的总疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良高强度玻璃离子ART技术在牙科恐惧症患儿的乳牙龋病充填治疗中具有明显优势,可以增加患儿的治疗依从性,提高疗效,减轻治疗的疼痛程度,家长满意度更高。Objective To investigate the effect of modified high-strength glass ionomer atraumatic restorative treatment(ART)technique in the treatment of deciduous teeth caries in children with dental phobia.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,children aged 3-6 years old who required filling treatment of deciduous teeth caries in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry of our hospital were selected,and 86 children with dental phobia(CFSS-DS score>39 points)were screened out by using the Children's Fear Survey Schedule-Dental Subscale(CFSS-DS),and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with modified high-intensity glass ionomer ART technique.The control group was treated with traditional composite resin filling.The treatment compliance,pain degree,heart rate,parental satisfaction and the curative effect of dental caries filling at 6 months and 12 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that the Frankl Compliance Scale score,Wong Bunker Facial Pain Scale score,and overall parental satisfaction scores in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the overall efficacy of dental caries filling between the two groups(P>0.05);After 12 months of treatment,the overall efficacy of dental caries filling in the experimental group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified high-strength glass ionomer ART technique has a significant advantages in the filling treatment of deciduous teeth caries in children with dental phobia.It can increase treatment compliance,improve efficacy,reduce treatment pain,and increase parental satisfaction.
