摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种常见的妇科临床难治性疾病,主要影响年轻育龄期女性。由于排卵障碍,患者主要表现为月经稀发、闭经和不孕。临床通过纠正高雄激素血症和改善胰岛素抵抗来调整内分泌紊乱,并促进和恢复卵巢排卵功能,这是维持规律性月经和提高生育能力的关键治疗策略。西医在明确病因诊断后,常采用抗雄激素、降低胰岛素抵抗、促排卵等治疗PCOS;中医则在辨证基础上使用中医药进行调经助孕。本文主要介绍吴克明教授采用加减苁蓉菟丝子方配合中成药调经助孕的成功案例和经验,为中医药治疗PCOS排卵障碍性不孕提供借鉴。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common clinical refractory disease in gynecology,which mainly affects young women of childbearing age.Due to ovulation disorders,patients are mainly characterized by oligomenorrhea,amenorrhea and infertility.Clinically,regulating endocrine disorders by correcting hyperandrogenism and improving insulin resistance,and promoting and restoring ovarian ovulation function are key treatment strategies for maintaining regular menstruation and improving fertility.Western medicine often uses anti-androgen,reducing insulin resistance,ovulation induction and other treatments for PCOS after the diagnosis of clear etiology.On the basis of syndrome differentiation,traditional Chinese medicine is used to regulate menstruation and assist pregnancy.This article mainly introduces the successful cases and experience of Professor Wu Keming's in regulating menstruation and assisting pregnancy with modified Congrong Tusizi Decoction combined with Chinese patent medicine,and provides reference for the treatment of PCOS ovulation disorder infertility with traditional Chinese medicine.
