摘  要:与高炉炼铁工艺相比,气基竖炉直接还原工艺不使用焦炭等化石燃料,具有还原气体富氢率高、流程短、对环境污染小的优势。结合现阶段气基竖炉发展现状,从国内外气基竖炉直接还原工艺生产情况、工艺流程及发展现状进行阐述。认为:①氢的来源是目前限制气基竖炉直接还原发展的主要环节;②国内外主要通过煤制气、焦炉煤气、电解水制氢等手段解决气源问题,并由此衍生出以H,为主要气源的氢基竖炉直接还原工艺;③不同气源的直接还原工艺操作和理论体系差异较大,加上基础理论问题呕待解决,全球气基竖炉直接还原工艺发展仍有很长的路要走。Compared with the blast furnace ironmaking process,the direct reduction process of gas-based shaft furnace does not take coke and other fossil as fuels,and it shows high rate of hydrogen enrichment in the reducing gas,short process flow and low environmental pollution.The production conditions,process flow and development trend of direct reduction process of gas-based shaft furnaces at home and abroad are summarized with the current development status of gas-based shaft furnace taken into account.It is believed that:(1)the source of hydrogen is an important factor that constrains the development of direct reduction process of gas-based shaft furnace;(2)the hydrogen is produced mainly from coal gasification,coke oven gas,and water electrolysis globally,on the basis of which the direct reduction process of hydrogen-based shaft furnace is developed,which uses hydrogen as the main gas source.(3)there is still a long way to go,home and abroad,in the development of such a direct reduction process due to the great differences in the operation and theoretical system of the different direct reduction processes where the hydrogen is sourced differently,and because of the bottlenecks in the fundamental theory.
