摘  要:京唐1号高炉将炉身静压差作为重要的调剂参数应用于操作过程中,形成一套通过炉身静压差变化判断炉况的操作方式。通过总结炉身静压差与高炉压差变化的一般性规律,分析炉身静压差的影响因素,监测数据变化与生产状态变化,提升了炉身静压监测技术对高炉生产操作的指导作用。认为:①高炉压差代表炉内整体透气性,高炉强化冶炼必须控制合理的压差,但控制过程中炉身静压差与高炉压差不能完全等同,必须综合分析判断加以利用;②改善高炉压差应该重点关注上部压差与下部压差的变化。As an important conditioning parameter,the dfferential static pressure is used in the operation of Jingtang Steel No.1 BF,and a set of operation methods is established to judge the furnace condition according to the change of the differential static pressure of the stack.These methods focus on summarizing the general variation law of the stack differential static pressure and the furnace differential pressure,analyzing the influencing factors of the stack differential static pressure,and monitoring the changes of production data and production status,and they escalate the guidance effect of the monitoring technology of the stack differential static pressure on the furnace operation.It is believed that:(1)the furnace dfferential pressure reflects the overall permeability of the furnace,and it must be controlled adequately while the furnace undergoes intensive smelting;however,the differential static pressure of the stack should not be controlled to be the completely same as the furnace differential pressure,instead,a comprehensive analysis is required to correctly judge the furnace condition;(2)the differential pressure variation of the furnace upper part and lower part shall be heighted in the improvement of the furnace differential pressure.
