摘  要:因块矿含粉率高、冶金性能差,制约着邯钢1号高炉块矿比例的提高。为提高块矿比例,降低高炉生产成本,采取如下措施:①通过试验优选高性价比块矿品种并确立炉料结构;②通过采取块矿造堆整粒、改造槽下振动筛和料仓等措施,块矿含粉率降低至2%以下;③优化排料顺序,解决高块矿比例下炉墙易结厚的问题;④优化造渣制度,保证高炉顺利出净渣铁;③优化高炉上下部操作制度,改善料柱透气性。采取以上措施后,1号高炉块矿比例稳定在20%,炉况长期稳定顺行,燃料比降至512kg/t,日产量提升至8600/d以上,生产成本大幅降低。In Handan Steel No.1 BF,the efforts for increasing the proportion of lump ore are constrained by the high powder content and poor metallurgical properties of the lump ore.To deal with this situation,The following measures are taken for such an increase and for reducing the furnace production cos:(1)selecting the cost-effective lump ore varieties,and establishing an appropriate burden mix through the experiments;(2)reducing the powder content of lump ore to less than 2%by grading the lump ore through the belt handling and piling,and modifying the vibration screen and the bin;(3)optimizing the ore charging sequence to solve the problem of furnace wall accretion when using the high proportion of lump ore;(4)optimizing the slagging system to smoothly and completely tape the slag and hot metal;(5)optimizing the burden distribution and blasting system to improve the stock column permeability.As a result,the proportion of lump ore in the furnace stabilizes at 20%and the furnace achieves long term stable and smooth running with the fuel rate dropped to 512kg/t,the daily output climbed to over 8600 t/d,and the production cost cut off greatly.
