摘  要:2023年11月下旬,安钢1号高炉压差持续偏高,难行不断,炉墙严重结厚。通过采取调整布料矩阵、控制入炉原燃料质量、调节风量和富氧量、坐料等措施,12月12日,焦炭负荷提高至5.00,日产量达到5444/d,炉况基本恢复正常。分析认为结厚的主要原因:一是入炉品位下降且大幅波动,入炉品位平均值最低降至54.84%;二是烧结矿熔滴性能下降,滴落开始温度较高,达1511℃,熔滴区间较宽,达217℃;三是块矿含粉率及水分偏高,水分达9.01%;四是锌负荷持续超标,平均值高达0.53kg/t;五是操作应对措施不足。In late November 2023,Anyang Steel No.1 BF always operates under higher differential pressure,affecting smooth running of the furnace,furthermore,serious wall accretion appears.The corresponding handling activities are represented by adjusting the distribution matrix,controlling the quality of the raw materials and fuel charged,regulating the blast volume and oxygen enrichment,and making the hanging stocks settled down.On December 12,the coke load increases to 5.00,and the daily output reaches 5444/d,signifying the furnace condition returns to normal basically.It is believed by analyzing,that the wall accretion is caused by the followings mainly:(1)the ore grade charged deteriorates and varies greatly with the average grade value dropped down even to 54.84%;(2)the melting-dripping behavior of sinter weakens with start-dripping temperature climbed to 1511℃,and the differential temperature of starting dripping and starting melting spans 217℃;(3)the powder content and moisture of lump ore are high with moisture of 9.01%;(4)the zinc load always rises beyond the standard with the average value of 0.53 kg/t;(5)the operational measures to overcome the above problems are insufficient.
