摘  要:酒钢7号高炉风口破损严重,2020—2021年,累计破损风口326个,破损形式主要为下部破损,其次为前端内圈破损和上部破损。减小送风面积、缩短风口、降低鼓风动能、生铁[Si]波动、焦炭质量劣化均导致风口破损加剧。通过采取提高鼓风动能、增加风口长度活跃炉缸;统一风口设备尺寸消除破损因素;均衡各风口冷却水量提升冷却效果;调整送风、造渣及热制度参数并稳定炉况;统一喷枪管理标准等措施,风口破损得到有效治理。2023年1-8月,风口破损39个,破损数量明显下降。Tuyeres of JISCO No.7 BF suffer severeimpair from 2020 to 2021 with 326 tuyeres are damaged in total,and the damage appears at their lower part mainly,and at the inner ring of the front end and upper part also.Diminution of tuyere blasting area,shortening of the tuyere,weakening of the blast kinetic energy,fluctuation of[Si]content in hot metal and the deterioration of coke quality,all these deterioratethe tuyere damage.To handle this situation,the following actions are implemented:the blast kinetic energy is enhanced and the length of the tuyere is increased to activate the hearth;the tuyere equipment of consistent dimension is selectedto eliminate the damage risk;the cooling water flowrate of all tuyeres are balanced to improve the cooling effect;and the parameters of blasting,slagging and heat system are optimized to stabilize the furnace condition,and the management of injection lance service is normalized.These countermeasures effective controlthe tuyere damage.From January to August 2023,only 39 tuyeres are damaged,signifying a great improvement.
