摘　　要：罗源闽光1号高炉炉况失常,主要表现为炉内连续悬料、炉缸堆积及风口小套频繁烧损。炉况失常的原因,一方面是高炉产量与产能不匹配,长期慢风生产,炉缸不活;另一方面是原燃料质量劣化、碱金属含量高,使得炉缸堆积加剧,炉况恶化。通过采取改善原燃料质量、调整送风及装料制度、调节炉渣碱度及洗炉、控制冷却强度等措施,炉况逐渐恢复。12月1日,高炉炉墙结厚基本脱落,炉缸工作状态逐步好转;12月5日,日产量超过3000Vd,燃料比显著下降,高炉基本恢复正常。Luoyuan Minguang Steel No.1 BF is seen continuous burden hanging in the furnace,hearth accumulation,frequent burning loss of the tuyere nose and other problems.The causes fall on two aspects:(1)mismatch between the furnace production output and the production capacity,long-time low-speed blasting during production,and inactive hearth operation;(2)deterioration of the raw material and fuel quality,high content of base metals,which lead to severe hearth accumulation and deteriorated furnace condition.By taking the actions,such as improving the raw material and fuel quality,conditioning the blasting system and stock distribution system,adjusting the slag basicity,slugging the furnace,and controlling the cooling intensity,the furnace condition gradually recovers.On December 1,the furnace wall accretion almost falls off,and the hearth working condition gradually gets best;On December 5,the daily output reaches over 3000v/d,the fuel rate drops greatly,and the furnace runs normally again.
