高炉国产第四代细结构超微孔炭砖的研制

摘  要:长期以来,高炉国产炭砖的质量与进口炭砖相比,在关键质量指标上存在一定差距。为此,在国产炭砖生产工艺及制造装备等方面进行了大量技术创新和升级,在国产第三代超微孔炭砖的基础上,采用全石墨骨料,降低骨料粒度,适当引入超微粉,并增大陶瓷相含量,构筑陶瓷包覆碳质结构,成功研制了第四代细结构超微孔炭砖。该炭砖关键质量指标超越某进口炭砖,体积密度大于1.87g/cm^(3),显气孔率低于10%,耐压强度大于65MPa,<1μm孔容积率达到90%,室温导热系数大于28W/(m·K),抗铁水侵蚀性能优异,完全可以替代进口炭砖。For a long time,the BF carbon bricks made in China lag behind the imported ones in term of key quality indicators.Therefore,a lot of technological innovations and upgrading are carried out in the production process and manufacturing equipment for the indigenous carbon bricks.On the basis of the 3rd generation indigenous ultra-microporous carbon bricks,the 4th generation microporous carbon bricks with fine crystal structure are successfully developed.Such kind of bricks take all-graphite aggregate to reduce the particle size of the aggregate,and they are mixed with some ultrafine powder and the ceramic phase rate is increased to form a ceramic-coated carbonaceous structure.The key quality indicators of the said carbon bricks are better than that of the carbon brick produced by a foreign producer,with bulk density>1.87 g/cm^(3),apparent porosity<10%,compressive strength>65 MPa,thermal conductivity at ambient temperature>28 W/(m·K),and 90%of such carbon bricks having pore volume<Iμm.Boasting excellent resistance to hot metal erosion,the 4th generation indigenous carbon brick can replace the imported SL carbon bricks.
