摘  要:双电层电容器以碳材料为电极材料,具有功率密度高、循环性能好、充放电速度快等优点,但也存在能量密度低的问题。金属硫化物因具有独特的电子结构和丰富的氧化还原反应活性位点,被用于与碳材料复合构建复合电极以改善碳材料的电化学性能。主要介绍了通过水热硫化、高温硫化等方法实现金属硫化物对生物质炭、碳纳米管、石墨烯、碳气凝胶和碳纤维的改性,研究了复合电极的电化学性能,对比了超级电容器器件的储能性能,并展望了金属硫化物改性碳材料面临的挑战与发展趋势。Using carbon materials as electrode materials,electric double-layer capacitors have the advantages of high power density,good cycling performance,and fast charging and discharging rates,but the low energy density limits their application.Due to the unique electronic structure and abundant redox reaction active sites,metal sulfides are used for the modification of carbon materials to construct composite electrodes,improving the electrochemical performance of carbon materials.The modification of biomass carbon,carbon nanotube,graphene,carbon aerogel,and carbon fiber by metal sulfides through hydrothermal vulcanization and high temperature vulcanization were introduced.The electrochemical performance of composite electrodes was investigated,and the energy storage performance of corresponding supercapacitor devices were compared.Furthermore,the challenges and development trends of the metal sulfide-modified carbon materials were discussed.
