摘  要:天然橡胶乳液(NRL)资源丰富可再生、价廉、环境友好、综合性能良好,在电绝缘材料、轮胎制造、医疗器械、航空和食品包装等领域具有广阔的应用前景。NRL改性分为化学改性和物理改性,介绍了化学改性(卤化、环氧化、接枝共聚)和物理改性(添加天然高分子材料、纳米粒子)对NRL力学性能、粘接强度、热稳定性等的影响;综述了NRL在薄膜制品、胶粘剂、传感器及其他领域的应用进展,指出了NRL应用中存在的问题及改性发展方向。随着改性工艺的不断优化,NRL的研究将朝着低成本、高性能化方向发展。Natural rubber latex(NRL)has the advantages of low-cost,environmental friendliness,good comprehensive performance,making it highly promising for applications in electrical insulation materials,tire manufacturing,medical devices,aviation industry and food packaging industry.NRL modification can be categorized into chemical and physical modifications.This paper first introduced the effects of chemical modifications(halogenation,epoxidation,graft copolymerization)and physical modifications(addition of natural polymer materials and nanoparticles)on the mechanical properties,adhesive strength,thermal stability,and other aspects of NRL.Secondly,the application progress of NRL in film products,adhesives,sensors and other fields was summarized.Finally,the existing problems of NRL in multiple application fields and modification development direction were discussed.With the continuous optimization of the NRL modification process,the future research will inevitably develop towards low-cost and high-performance application fields.
