超声波喷雾沉积法制备氟改性聚氨酯疏水涂层的研究

摘  要:利用四氢呋喃(THF)、甲苯和二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)形成的混合溶剂,以超声波喷雾沉积方法在航空铝合金基材表面制备了氟端基聚氨酯涂层,研究了不同混合溶剂成分的条件下涂层的显微形貌和表面相位,表征了制备涂层的紫外-可见光光吸收性能。结果表明:高挥发性的四氢呋喃在混合溶液中含量超过20%时,涂层表面均可观察到咖啡环现象,容易诱发针孔缺陷。然而涂层表面的微观波动随溶液起伏明显,其接触角大于100°。所制涂层样品的紫外线透过率在紫外线区域小于20%,而透过率在紫外-可见光波长范围内显著变化。A fluorine-terminated polyurethane coating was prepared on the surface of aerospace aluminum alloy substrate using a mixed solvent of tetrahydrofuran(THF),methylbenzene and dimethylformamide(DMF)by ultrasonic spray deposition method.The microstructure and surface phases of the coatings under different mixed solvent compositions were investigated,and the UV-visible light absorption properties of the prepared coatings were characterized.It was found that coffee ring phenomenon was observed on the surface of the coating when the content of highly volatile tetrahydrofuran in the mixed solution exceeded 20%,which could easily induce pinhole flaws.However,the microscopic fluctuation of the coating surface undulated significantly with the solution,and the contact angle of the coating was more than 100°.The UV transmission rates of the prepared coating samples were less than 20%in the UV region,while the transmission rates varied significantly across the UV-visible light wavelength range.
