聚芳醚腈/玄武岩纤维复合材料的制备及其性能研究

摘  要:通过双螺杆挤出注塑成型技术制备了一种聚芳醚腈基玄武岩纤维增强复合材料(PEN/BF),通过万能材料试验机、热失重分析仪和动态热机械分析仪研究了添加不同含量玄武岩纤维对复合材料力学性能及热性能的影响,并采用扫描电子显微镜和摩擦磨损试验机对材料的表面形貌和摩擦磨损性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明:通过加入玄武岩纤维,聚芳醚腈基玄武岩纤维复合材料的力学性能、热性能和耐磨性能相比于聚芳醚腈基体材料均得到了较大提高。In this paper,a polyarylene ether nitrile-based basalt fiber-reinforced composite material(PEN/BF)was prepared by twin-screw extrusion injection molding technology.The effects of adding basalt fibers with different contents on the mechanical and thermal properties of the composites were studied by universal materials testing machine,thermogravimetric analyzer and dynamic thermomechanical analyzer,and the surface morphology and friction and wear properties of the materials were tested and analyzed by scanning electron microscope and friction and wear testing machine.The results showed that the mechanical properties,thermal properties and wear resistance of polyarylene ether nitrile-based basalt fiber composites were greatly improved compared with those of polyarylene ether nitrile-based matrix materials by adding basalt fibers.
