摘  要:以不同比例的正硅酸甲酯(TMOS)和1H,1H,2H,2H-全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷(FAS-17)为原料,以盐酸为催化剂,采用一步法制备了类液态有机硅溶胶,通过旋涂法将其涂覆在铜合金表面并在60℃条件下烘干成膜。通过红外光谱、场发射扫描电子显微镜、接触角测量以及电化学性能测试、中性盐雾试验对类液态有机硅涂层的官能团、微观形貌、疏水滑动性及耐蚀性进行分析和研究。结果表明,当TMOS与FAS-17物质的量比达到4∶1时,涂层静态接触角为106.8°,滑动角为25.7°,自腐蚀电流密度为5.38×10^(-8)A/cm^(2),频率0.01Hz处电化学交流阻抗为2.73×10^(5)Ω·cm^(2),涂层防护效率达到99.41%,涂层具有最佳的防腐蚀性能、疏水性和水滑动性能。中性盐雾测试中,样品TF-4在10d内未出现腐蚀,在第25d基底出现少量腐蚀斑点,具有最佳的抗盐雾性能。涂覆类液态有机硅涂层的玻璃片可见光透过率超过91%。Using different ratios of tetramethyl orthosilicate(TMOS)and 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltrimethoxysilane(FAS-17)as raw materials and hydrochloric acid as a catalyst,liquid-like organosilicon sol was prepared by one-step method.This sol was coated on the surface of copper alloy by spinning coating method,and then dried at 60℃to form a film.Various techniques,including infrared spectroscopy,field emission scanning electron microscopy,contact angle measurement,electrochemical performance tests,and neutral salt spray tests,were used to investigate the functional groups,microstructure characteristics,water repellency,sliding properties and corrosion resistance of the liquid-like organosilicon coatings.When the ratio of TMOS to FAS-17 reached 4∶1,the static contact angle was 106.8°,the sliding angle was 25.7°,the self-corrosion current density was 5.38×10^(-8)A/cm^(2),and the impedance at the frequency of 0.01Hz was 2.73×10^(5)Ω·cm^(2).The protection efficiency reached 99.41%,demonstrating optimal corrosion resistance,hydrophobicity and water sliding properties.In neutral salt spray test,the TF-4 showed no corrosion within 10 days and only a small amount of corrosion spots on the substrate on the 25th day,which had the best salt spray resistance.The visible light transmittance of glass sheet coated with the liquid-like organosilicon coating exceeded 91%.
