摘  要:分别采用3种不同偶联剂FX4、174、175改性油页岩半焦(SC),用于代替农用地膜中部分聚乙烯和炭黑,探究了其不同使用比例,不同改性温度和改性时间对复合材料性能的影响,发现改性油页岩半焦更有利于提高复合材料的机械性能。结果表明:3%的174偶联剂在100℃,10min下所改性的油页岩半焦,制备的复合材料机械性能最佳,断裂伸长率达到822.63%。Three different coupling agents,FX4,174 and 175,were used to modify oil shale semi-coke(SC),which was used to replace part of the polyethylene and carbon black in the agricultural mulch film,and the effects of different ratios,modification temperatures and modification times on the properties of the composites were investigated,and it was found that modified oil shale semi-coke was more conducive to the improvement of the mechanical properties of the composites.The results showed that the modified oil shale semi-coke prepared with 3%of 174 coupling agent at 100℃and modified for 10 min had the best mechanical properties,with an elongation at break of 822.63%.
