摘 要:以纤维素纳米晶(CNC)为增强相,通过自由基聚合制得CNC/聚2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸锂(PAMPSLi)复合水凝胶。分别通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、万能力学试验机、流变仪和四探针测试仪对水凝胶材料的结构、微观形貌、力学性能、流变性能和电性能进行了表征与测试。结果表明:CNC在水凝胶基体中均匀分布;随着CNC含量的增加,复合水凝胶的综合力学性能显著提高;弹性模量和损耗模量增加,但电导率有所降低。1‰BIS/5%CNC/PAMPSLi复合水凝胶综合性能最佳,抗拉强度0.25MPa,断裂伸长率836%,电导率0.10S/m,在柔性传感材料领域具有潜在的应用前景。CNC/PAMPSLi composite hydrogels were prepared by free radical polymerization using cellulose nanocrystals(CNC)as reinforcement materials.The structure,microstructure,mechanical properties,rheological properties and electrical properties of the hydrogel materials were characterized and tested by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,scanning electron microscope,universal mechanical testing machine,rheometer and four-probe tester,respectively.The results showed that CNC distributed uniformly in the hydrogel matrix.With the increase of CNC content,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the composite hydrogels were significantly improved;the modulus of elasticity and loss increased,but the conductivity decreased.The 1‰BIS/5%CNC/PAMPSLi composite hydrogel had the best comprehensive performance,with a tensile strength of 0.25MPa,an elongation at break of 836%and an electrical conductivity of 0.10S/m.It has potential application prospects in the field of flexible sensing materials.
