摘  要:以海藻酸钠(SA)为接枝骨架,油页岩半焦(CC)为添加组分,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,丙烯酸(AA)为接枝单体,通过一步水溶液聚合法制备了CC新型保水剂。考察了反应条件对保水剂吸水、保水和耐盐性能的影响。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)及热重分析(TG)等表征手段对新型保水剂微观结构及理化性能进行了详细研究。结果表明:CC的加入有利于提高保水剂网络结构的规整性和强度,从而提升吸水和保水能力。当半焦添加质量为10%时,保水剂在蒸馏水和0.9%NaCl溶液中的吸水量达到最优,室温下2h溶胀倍率分别达到260g/g和98g/g。保水能力在3d内仍然保持在60%,重复使用6次后,该保水剂的吸水能力仍达87.5%左右。小麦种植实验表明:添加了CC的保水剂小麦种子发芽率较高,小麦长势较好。这一结果进一步为CC的高值利用提供新的技术和理论参考。A novel oil shale carbocoal(CC)water-retaining agent was prepared by one-step aqueous polymerization with sodium alginate(SA)as graft skeleton,CC as inorganic additive,N,N-methylene bisacrylamide(MBA)as crosslinking agent and acrylic acid(AA)as grafting monomer.The effects of reaction conditions on the absorbency,water retention and salt resistance of the water-retaining agent were investigated.The microstructure and physicochemical properties of the novel water-retaining agent were studied by means of electron scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The results showed that the addition of CC could improve the regularity and strength of the network structure of the water-retaining agent,thereby improving its absorbency and water retaining capacity.When the amount of CC was 10 wt%,the absorbency of the water-retaining agent in distilled water and 0.9%NaCl solution was optimal,with swelling ratios of 260g/g and 98g/g at room temperature for 2h,respectively.The water retention capacity remained at 60%within 3d,and the water absorbing capacity of the water-retaining agent was still as high as 87.5%after repeated use for 6 times.The wheat planting experiment indicated that the addition of CC water-retaining agent increased the wheat seed germination rate of wheat seeds and promoted better wheat growth.The findings further provides a new technical and theoretical reference for the high-value utilization of CC.
