摘 要:短波广播发射机的系统结构复杂,部件多样,发生故障时难以准确定位故障源头。因此,有必要分析短波广播发射机常见故障的表现和产生机理,具体剖析电源系统、射频功率放大器、调制与驱动电路等关键模块的失效模式和物理原理。同时,还应探讨短波广播发射机的定期维护、射频指标测试、模块与部件性能评估等多个方面的检测、校准技术。最终,归纳总结出短波广播发射机故障诊断的一般步骤和排查策略。The system structure of Shortwave broadcast transmitter is complex and the components are diverse,so it is difficult to locate the fault source accurately when the fault occurs.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the performance and mechanism of common faults of Shortwave broadcast transmitter,and specifically analyze the failure modes and physical principles of key modules such as power supply system,radio frequency power amplifier,modulation and drive circuit.At the same time,it is necessary to explore the detection and calibration technology of Shortwave broadcast transmitter,such as regular maintenance,radio frequency index test,module and component performance evaluation.Finally,the general steps and troubleshooting strategies of Shortwave broadcast transmitter fault diagnosis are summarized.
