摘　　要：在信息技术迅猛发展和广电行业全面转型的背景下,电视安全播出技术愈发关键。当前,电视安全播出面临的挑战不仅限于传统的硬件故障和人为失误,更受到数字化、网络化环境下新型安全威胁的影响,如网络攻击、数据泄露和内容篡改等问题。因此,确保电视播出过程的安全性、稳定性和可控性,成为行业急需解决的关键问题。对此,详细梳理新时期电视安全播出技术的发展现状,重点分析云计算、大数据、智能监控等先进技术在实际应用中的作用和成效,结合实际案例探讨各类技术在提升安全播出质量中的具体实践和优化策略,提出通过人工智能与区块链技术的深度融合、多层次防护体系的构建等手段,进一步提高电视安全播出的整体水平,旨在为相关领域的研究和实践提供参考。Under the background of the rapid development of information technology and the comprehensive transformation of radio and television industry,the position and role of television security broadcasting technology is becoming increasingly prominent.At present,the challenges faced by television security broadcasting are not limited to traditional hardware failures and human errors,but also affected by new security threats in the digital and networked environment,such as network attacks,data leaks and content tampering.Therefore,ensuring the security,stability and controllability of the television broadcast process has become a key issue that the industry needs to solve urgently.In this regard,this paper reviews the development status of television security broadcasting technology in the new era in detail,focuses on analyzing the role and effectiveness of advanced technologies such as cloud computing,big data and intelligent monitoring in practical applications,and discusses the specific practices and optimization strategies of various technologies in improving the quality of security broadcasting combined with actual cases.Through the deep integration of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology,the construction of multi-level protection system and other means to further improve the overall level of television safe broadcasting,aiming to provide reference for research and practice in related fields.
