摘 要:针对电视播出信号中出现字幕同步失锁问题,提出一种基于图像比对的解决方案。该方案在播出系统增设一台字幕机,与原字幕机保持同步播出。两台字幕机分别给主、备信号叠加字幕,并通过对比两路信号的图像内容,根据比对结果来控制自动切换器进行切换。一旦信号切换发生,系统会发出语音报警提示,以便值机员第一时间发现问题并及时处置。这种解决方案可以有效降低由于字幕失锁引发的播出事故风险,具有实用价值。Aiming at the problem of unlock synchronization of subtitles in television broadcast signals,a solution based on image comparison is proposed.In this scheme,a subtitling machine is added to the broadcasting system to keep the same time as the original subtitling machine.The two subtitling machines superimpose subtitles to the primary and secondary signals respectively,and control the automatic switcher to switch according to the comparison results by comparing the image content of the two signals.Once the signal switch occurs,the system will issue a voice alarm prompt,so that the operator can find the problem and deal with it in time.This solution can effectively reduce the risk of broadcast accidents caused by the loss of title lock,and has practical value.
