摘  要:目的探讨重组胶原蛋白对面部激光术后修复的有效性和安全性。方法选取2023年11月至2024年1月河南省人民医院皮肤科30例受试者,随机分为试验组和对照组各15例,对照组受试者给予0.9%氯化钠溶液喷雾,试验组给予重组胶原蛋白生物修复敷料,术后早晚各一次,连续使用14 d;使用CK皮肤检测仪于术前、术后即刻、30 min、7 d、14 d分别进行皮肤屏障指标检测,采集面部VISIA图片,并记录创面结痂时间、痂皮脱落时间、创面完全愈合时间、受试者激光术后的疼痛评分以及本次观察过程中发生的不良反应。结果试验组受试者与对照组相比,术后7 d、14 d经皮水分流失(TEWL)、红斑值(EI)低于对照组,皮肤含水量高于对照组,术后14 d黑色素值(MI)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的结痂时间、痂皮脱落时间及创面完全愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1d主观疼痛评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.01)。结论重组胶原蛋白生物修复喷雾用于受试者非剥脱点阵激光术后,有利于激光术后皮肤屏障功能修复,缩短创面愈合时间;可减少术后不良反应发生率;减轻受试者术后疼痛,提升受试者激光术后舒适度。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of recombinant collagen after facial laser surgery.Methods A total of 30 subjects in the Department of Dermatology,Henan Provincial People's Hospital from November 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given saline spray,and the experimental group was added with recombinant collagen bioremediation dressing on the basis of the control group,once in the morning and once in the evening after surgery,for two weeks.Skin barrier indexes were detected by CK skin detector before surgery,immediately after surgery,30min,7d and 14d,facial VISIA images were collected,and wound crusting time,crust-off time,wound complete healing time,pain score of patients after laser surgery and adverse reactions occurred during this observation were recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the transdermal water loss(TEWL)and erythema value(EI)of experimental group were lower than those of the control group at 7 and 14 days after surgery,the skin water content was higher than that of the control group,fiand the dark spot value(MI)at 14 days after surgery was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The fiscab time,scab shedding time and wound healing time of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group,fiand the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative subjective pain score 1d was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.01).Conclusions Recombinant collagen bioremediation spray can be used to repair skin barrier function and shorten wound healing time after non-stripping dot matrix laser surgery.It can reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.Reduce postoperative pain and improve postoperative comfort of patients.
