强脉冲光联合氨甲环酸微针导入治疗对黄褐斑患者皮损面积和严重指数的影响

摘　　要：目的探究强脉冲光联合氨甲环酸微针导入治疗对黄褐斑患者黄褐斑皮损面积和严重指数的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年8月至2023年8月泉州市皮肤病防治院收治的60例黄褐斑患者临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采取氨甲环酸微针导入,观察组在此基础联合强脉冲光。比较两组患者黄褐斑皮损面积与严重程度指数、皮肤检测、不良反应。结果观察组黄褐斑皮损面积与严重程度指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组皮损评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组角质层含水量高于对照组,经表皮水分流失量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强脉冲光联合纳米微针经皮导入氨甲环酸微针导入可改善患者黄褐斑情况及皮肤状况,值得推广应用于临床。Objective To investigate the effect of photon rejuvenation machine combined with tranexamic acid microneedle introduction therapy on the area and severity index of melasma lesions in patients with melasma.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 patients with melasma admitted to Quanzhou Skin Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tranexamic acid microneedles,while the observation group was treated with a combination of photon rejuvenation devices on this basis.Compare the area and severity index of melasma lesions,skin testing,and adverse reactions between two groups of patients.Results The area and severity index of melasma lesions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The skin lesion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The water content of the stratum corneum in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the loss of epidermal water was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Photorejuvenation apparatus combined with nano microneedles can improve the condition of patients with melasma and skin,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
