摘　　要：目的分析颌面部外伤传统清创缝合后二次美容修正缝合的时机选择和优势分析及临床价值。方法回顾性分析2021年6月至2022年6月滨州医学院附属医院美容医学部就诊的已经行传统清创缝合术,因效果不满意要求二次美容修正缝合的患者为研究对象,共32例,评估患者颌面部的伤口情况,给予拆除缝线后二次美容修正缝合,观察治疗后患者伤口愈合情况,满意度及瘢痕增生情况。结果通过对32例颌面部外伤患者的临床观察与分析,发现经二次美容修正缝合后,伤口愈合情况良好。在愈合过程中,经二次美容修正缝合后患者满意程度高,伤口愈合情况好,并发症少。结论颌面部外伤二次美容修正缝合的时机选择至关重要,在伤后合适的早期时间段内实施该手术,能有效降低感染风险,为伤口愈合创造良好条件,促进组织的修复与再生,值得临床推广。Objective To retrospectively analyze the timing,advantages,and clinical value of secondary cosmetic correction suturing after traditional debridement and suturing for maxillofacial trauma.Methods A retrospective cohort study was carried out on 32 patients who underwent traditional debridement and suturing at the Department of Cosmetic Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College,from June 2021 to June 2022.These patients were selected for second-stage cosmetic revision suture because the outcomes of the initial procedures were less than ideal.The maxillofacial wound conditions of each patient were carefully assessed.Subsequently,after the removal of the initial sutures,second-stage cosmetic revision suture was performed.Post-treatment,the wound healing progress,patient satisfaction,and the incidence of scar hyperplasia were closely monitored and analyzed quantitatively.Results The maxillofacial wound conditions of the patients were evaluated.After suture removal,a second cosmetic correction suture was performed.Post-treatment,the wound healing,patient satisfaction,and scar hyperplasia were observed.Among the 32 maxillofacial trauma patients studied,it was found that secondary cosmetic correction and suturing led to good wound healing.During the healing process,patients showed high satisfaction levels,with good wound healing and few complications.Conclusions The timing of secondary cosmetic correction and suturing for maxillofacial trauma is crucial.Performing this surgery in the appropriate early period after injury can effectively reduce the risk of infection,create favorable conditions for wound healing,promote tissue repair and regeneration,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
