摘　　要：目的探讨加速康复外科(ERAS)护理对侧胸壁穿支皮瓣乳房部分重建术后患者的护理效果。方法选取2022年8月至2023年12月北部战区总医院收治的98例患者,按治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,分别应用常规护理与ERAS护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者较对照组在术后住院时间、术后3 d内皮瓣并发症发生率上有所减少,护理满意度有所提升。结论ERAS护理较常规护理对侧胸壁穿支皮瓣乳房部分重建术后患者护理效果提升,值得推广。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing on patients undergoing partial breast reconstruction with lateral chest wall perforator flflap.Methods A total of 98 patients patients admitted to the Northern Theater General Hospital from August 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.Routine nursing and eras nursing were applied respectively,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group showed a decrease in postoperative hospitalization time and the incidence of skin flflap complications within three days after surgery compared to the control group,and an improvement in nursing satisfaction.Conclusions The ERAS nursing has improved the nursing effect on patients undergoing partial breast reconstruction with lateral chest wall perforator flflap compared to conventional nursing,and is worth promoting.
