基于EM-AHP-TOPSIS的撂荒耕地再利用适宜性评价——以泽州县为例

摘　　要：为探讨撂荒耕地再利用的适宜性,保障粮食安全,本研究以山西省泽州县为例,运用EM-AHP-TOPSIS模型,从自然、经济、生产3个维度构建了撂荒耕地再利用适宜性评价模型,依此划定撂荒耕地再利用的适宜性等级,提出实现撂荒地再利用的可行性方案。结果表明:泽州县抛荒耕地中不适宜再利用的地块共6643块(363.96 hm^(2)),主要位于山区及远郊区;低度适宜地块160块(60.89 hm^(2)),分散分布在乡镇边缘地带;中度适宜地块308块(168.34 hm^(2)),主要分布在城镇核心发展区;高度适宜地块130块(52.81 hm^(2)),全部位于近郊区的平原地带。研究表明:自然因素是耕地撂荒的根本原因,经济因素是直接原因,生产因素为间接原因;县域内自然、经济、生产3个维度的再利用适宜性情况存在明显的空间分异特征;研究区撂荒耕地在地理位置上表现出较明显的高坡度、远郊区的趋向;撂荒耕地再利用适宜性等级数量差异较大。This study explored the suitability of reusing abandoned farmland to ensure food security in Zezhou County,Shanxi Province.Additionally,it constructs a suitability evaluation model using EM-AHP-TOPSIS to reuse abandoned farmland from natural,economic,and production perspectives.This study delineates the suitability level for the reuse of abandoned farmland and proposes a feasible plan to achieve the reuse of abandoned farmland.Results show that a total of 6643 plots(363.96 hm^(2))of abandoned farmland in Zezhou County are unsuitable for reuse.These are mainly located within mountainous areas and in remote suburbs.A total of 160 low-grade suitable plots(60.89 hm^(2))were scattered around the edges of towns and 308 moderately suitable plots(168.34 hm^(2)),were mainly distributed in the urban core development area.A total of 130 highly suitable plots(52.81 hm^(2)),all located in the plain areas of the suburban area.Research has shown that natural factors are the fundamental cause of abandoned farmland in the study area,and economic factors are the direct cause,and production factors are indirect reasons.Noticeable spatial differences are observed in the reuse suitability in the three dimensions of nature,economy,and production within the county.The abandoned farmland in the research area shows a clear trend of high slopes and suburban areas.There is a significant difference in the number of suitability levels for the reuse of abandoned farmland.
