摘 要:心外膜脂肪组织(EAT)紧邻心肌和冠状动脉,与冠状动脉疾病、房颤、心衰等多种心血管疾病的发生、发展密切相关。超声、CT、MR、人工智能实现了EAT的定量评估,辅助心血管疾病精准诊断和风险分层。本文主要从EAT的解剖和生理功能、与心血管疾病的相关性、多模态影像学研究方面进行综述,以期为更深入的EAT影像和临床研究提供参考。Epicardial adipose tissue(EAT)is situated adjacent to the myocardium and coronary arteries and closely associated with the occurrence and progression of various cardiovascular diseases,including coronary artery disease(CAD),atrial fibrillation(AFib),and heart failure(HF).Ultrasound,computed tomography(CT),magnetic resonance(MR),and artificial intelligence(AI)have enabled the quantitative assessment of EAT,thus aiding in the precision diagnosis and risk stratification of cardiovascular diseases.This review discusses the anatomy and physiological functions of EAT,its correlation with cardiovascular diseases,and current multimodality imaging research with the aim of providing references for further in-depth imaging and future clinical studies of EAT.
