摘　　要：本文基于长江经济带高质量发展视角,提出建设新型能源体系先行示范区的思路,回顾两个发展战略的研究现状,思考建设新型能源体系先行示范区的理论意义和实践意义,从必要性、可行性、历史实践、综合条件等方面分析建设新型能源体系先行示范区的具体原因,在宏观规划、试点内容、关键要素、系统性目标、时间进度、保障措施五个方面提出建设新型能源体系先行示范区的具体建议。This paper puts forward the idea of building a new energy system demonstration area,reviews the research status of the two development strategies,considers the theoretical and practical significance of building a new energy system demonstration area,analyzes the specific reasons for building a new energy system demonstration area from the aspects of necessity,feasibility,historical practice and comprehensive conditions,and puts forward specific suggestions for building a new energy system demonstration area in five aspects including macro planning,pilot content,key elements,systematic objectives,time schedule and safeguard measures.
