摘 要:以可再生资源稻草为原料,经碳化、氨基功能化后通过化学键与硅钨酸结合制备稻草基碳硅材料固载硅钨酸催化剂,并借助XRD、FE-SEM、BET、FT-IR、XPS和正丁胺电位滴定等技术手段对催化剂各项性能进行表征。利用月桂酸(LA)与甘油(GL)选择性酯化反应为模型考察稻草基碳硅材料固载硅钨酸催化剂的催化性能。研究表明,973 K煅烧的载体固载硅钨酸催化剂(C—Si—NH_(2)—STA)表现出最佳催化性能,载体大比表面积和丰富的孔隙结构及适宜的BrΦnsted酸性是其具有高活性的原因。在GL/LA物质的量比5∶1,催化剂质量分数5%,反应时间2 h,反应温度423 K条件下,C—Si—NH_(2)—STA催化制备月桂酸单甘脂(GML)平均产率为80.7%。Renewable resource rice straw was used as the raw material,after carbonization and amino functionalization,a rice straw-based carbon silicon material supported silicotungstic acid catalyst was prepared by chemical bonding.The catalyst was subjected to characterization through various tests,including XRD,FE-SEM,BET,FT-IR,XPS,and n-butylamine potentiometric titration.To assess the performance,the catalyst was employed in a selective esterification reaction between lauric acid(LA)and glycerol(GL)as a model reaction.The results revealed that the catalyst supported with a carrier calcined at 973 K(C-Si-NH_(2)-STA)exhibited the best catalytic performance.Its high activity can be ascribed to the large specific surface area,abundant pore structure of the carrier,and its suitable Br nsted acidity.Under the conditions of GL/LA molar ratio of 5∶1,catalyst amount of 5%,reaction time of 2 h,and reaction temperature of 423 K,the average yield of glycerol monolaurate(GML)reached 80.7%when C-Si-NH_(2)-STA was used as the catalyst.
