摘  要:针对分布式储能接入偏远山区配电网的规划优化问题,提出一种兼顾经济性与可靠性的储能并网规划方法。以储能并网容量最大、投资运维成本最低以及网损最小为经济性规划目标,以电压偏差、电压波动指标为规划约束,建立分布式储能接入偏远山区配电网的多目标规划优化模型;采用多目标人工蜂鸟算法求解规划模型;最后,根据西北某偏远山区实际数据,结合IEEE 33节点配电网系统进行验证。仿真结果表明,通过合理的配置储能系统,配电网末端电压偏差降低3.7%,系统总有功网损降低37.91%,可实现在保证储能经济性的同时,提升偏远山区配电网的电压质量的目的。Aiming at the planning optimization problem of integrating distributed energy storage into remote mountainous distribution networks,this paper proposes an energy storage grid-connection planning method that considers both economic efficiency and system reliability.The proposed method sets maximizing energy storage capacity,minimizing investment and operation maintenance costs,and reducing network losses as its economic objectives.Voltage deviation and voltage fluctuation indices are used as planning constraints to establish a multi-objective optimization model for the integration of distributed energy storage into remote mountainous distribution networks.The multi-objective artificial hummingbird algorithm(MOAHA)is employed to solve the planning model.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed model is validated using actual data from a remote mountain area in northwest China and the IEEE 33 bus distribution network system.Simulation results demonstrate that through optimal configuration of the energy storage system,the voltage deviation at the end of the distribution network is reduced by 3.7%,and the total active power loss of the system is reduced by 37.91%,it can achieve the purpose of improving the voltage quality of the distribution network in remote mountainous areas while ensuring the economic efficiency of energy storage.
