摘  要:针对省级电网下多元储能设备的广域分散布局与运行保守等特征带来的应用难题,提出一种考虑集群聚合与主体自调节策略的多元分散储能日前-日内调度方法。首先,使用改进社区发现法结合源荷储匹配度指标对分散储能资源进行区域划分,并基于集群特点建立容量调整方法实现储能的模型聚合;接着,提出以主体利益为导向的储能能量边界调节流程,融合构建考虑集群指令分配与储能自调节策略的日前-日内调度框架;最后,算例证明所提方法在聚合与协调分散储能资源方面的预分配优势,能合理激发储能资源,为分散储能的调度应用提供了思路。Aiming at the application problems caused by the wide-area decentralized layout and conservative operation of multi-energy storage devices in provincial power grids,this paper proposes a day-ahead and intra-day scheduling method for multi-energy storage considering cluster aggregation and subject self-regulation strategy.Firstly,the improved community discovery method combined with the source-load-storage matching index is used to divide the decentralized energy storage resources into regions,and the capacity adjustment method is established based on the characteristics of the cluster to realize the model aggregation of energy storage.Then,an energy storage energy boundary adjustment process oriented to the interests of the main body is proposed,and a day-ahead and intra-day scheduling framework considering cluster instruction allocation and energy storage self-regulation strategy is constructed.Finally,the example proves the pre-allocation advantages of the proposed method in aggregating and coordinating decentralized energy storage resources,and reasonably stimulates energy storage resources,which provides ideas for the scheduling application of decentralized energy storage.
