摘 要:针对虚拟电厂的运行优化问题,构建运行优化模型,旨在实现经济性与鲁棒性的平衡。通过引入需求侧资源的灵活特性,提出一种改进的轻鲁棒优化算法,以储能系统的备用电能为关键变量,确定松弛因子,从而优化虚拟电厂的运行策略。在面对负荷波动和分布式电源出力不确定性时,该模型能够依据实际运行约束动态调整储能系统的备用功率,以负荷波动范围和运行成本为权衡标准,筛选出最优运行方案。通过对某地区虚拟电厂的仿真分析,验证该方法的有效性,结果表明,通过优化储能系统的备用电能调度,可以显著降低虚拟电厂的运行成本,最高降幅可达7.12%。This paper addresses the operational optimization problem of virtual power plants(VPPs)by constructing an operational optimization model aimed at balancing economic efficiency and robustness.By introducing the flexible characteristics of demand-side resources,an improved light robust optimization algorithm is proposed,with the back power of energy storage systems as a key variable to determine the relaxation factor,thereby optimizing the operational strategy of VPPs.In the face of load fluctuations and the uncertainty of distributed power generation,the model can dynamically adjust the standby power of energy storage systems based on actual operational constraints,using the range of load fluctuations and operational costs as the basis for trade-offs to select the optimal operational plan.Through simulation analysis of a VPP in a certain region,the effectiveness of the method is verified.The results show that optimizing the scheduling of standby power from energy storage systems can significantly reduce the operational costs of VPPs,with the highest reduction reaching up to 7.12%.
