摘 要:虚拟电厂需求响应策略是当前电力系统调动需求侧灵活性的有效手段,新型电力系统负荷侧通常装设分布式电源如光伏,接入电动汽车等柔性负荷,并配有储能资源,形成典型资源聚合型虚拟电厂。针对负荷侧大量分布的典型资源聚合型虚拟电厂,建立其电系统、冷系统的耦合能流模型,并采用蒙特卡洛方法详细刻画个体粒度的电动汽车柔性充电负荷,调动系统的电-冷-柔耦合资源,提出系统参与价格型及激励型需求响应的不同策略,并对比2种策略对提升系统运行经济性、降低系统峰谷差、挖潜柔性资源的作用,为需求响应市场由激励型向价格型转向提供科学建议。The demand response of virtual power plants is an effective mean of mobilizing demand side flexibility in the power system.In the new power system,distributed resources such as photovoltaic power,flexible loads such as electric vehicles,and energy storage resources are equipped on the load side,forming a typical resource-aggregated virtual power plant.A coupled energy flow model of electrical and cooling systems has been established for a typical resources-aggregated virtual power plant widely distributed on the load side,and Monte Carlo method is used to characterize the individual flexible charging loads for electric vehicles to mobilize the electric cooling and flexibility joint resources of the system.Different strategies for the system to participate in price-based and incentive-based demand response are proposed,and the effects of the two strategies on improving the system’s economic performances,reducing the peak-valley difference and tapping flexible resources are compared.Scientific recommendations are provided for the transformation from incentive-based to price-based demand response strategies.
