摘 要:种植业碳排放效率的提升对于“双碳”目标的实现具有重要意义。本研究综合运用超效率SBM模型和GML指数对黄河流域9省(区)2006—2021年种植业碳排放效率进行测算和分析,结果表明:1)从整体上看,研究期内黄河流域种植业碳排放效率均值为0.93,相较于前沿面效率均值1而言,处于较低水平,种植业碳排放效率均值呈现波动下降趋势,总体降幅达5.3%,碳减排空间较大;2)分区域来看,黄河流域种植业碳排放效率总体呈现“上中游低,下游高”的分布特征和“东高西低”的分布格局,且不同省(区)间两极分化现象显著;3)黄河流域种植业碳排放效率GML在研究期间总体呈现波动上升趋势,仅在2008—2009年小于1,种植业碳排放效率情况持续改善,其中技术进步是种植业碳排放效率稳步提升的关键驱动因素,而技术效率指数的提升仍具有较大改进空间。The improvement of the carbon emission efficiency of the plantation industry is of great significance for the realisation of the“double carbon”goal.In this study,the super-efficiency SBM model and GML index are comprehensively applied to measure and analyse the carbon emission efficiency of the plantation industry in the nine provinces(regions)of the Yellow River Basin from 2006 to 2021,and the results show that:1)As a whole,the average value of the carbon emission efficiency of the plantation industry in the Yellow River Basin during the study period is 0.93,which is at a relatively low level compared with the average value of the efficiency of the frontiers surface of the average value of 1.The average value of plantation carbon emission efficiency shows a fluctuating downward trend,with an overall decrease of 5.3%,and there is a large space for carbon emission reduction;2)From a regional perspective,the carbon emission efficiency of the plantation industry in the Yellow River Basin shows the distribution characteristics of“low in the upper and middle reaches and high in the lower reaches”and the distribution pattern of“high in the east and low in the west”,and there is a significant polarisation phenomenon among the different provinces(districts);3)The carbon emission efficiency GML of the plantation industry in the Yellow River Basin shows a fluctuating upward trend during the study period,and it was less than 1 only in 2008—2009,and the carbon emission efficiency of the plantation industry continues to improve,among which the technological progress is the key driving factor for the steady improvement of the plantation industry s carbon emission efficiency,and the improvement of the technological efficiency index still has a large room for improvement.
