摘 要:钤阳湖是江西省新余市的重要饮用水水源地,近年来水质逐渐恶化。为研究钤阳湖不同水文期浮游动物群落结构演替及其与环境因子的关系,于2022年1月、5月和7月对钤阳湖浮游动物群落和水质进行了监测。共鉴定出浮游动物40种,隶属于4门,原生动物和轮虫是钤阳湖浮游动物的优势属(种)。不同水文时期浮游动物的密度和生物量差异显著。浮游动物的密度和生物量均以枯水期最高,平水期次之,丰水期最低。RDA和逐步多元回归分析表明,水温是调节钤阳湖浮游群落结构最重要的环境因子,而浮游植物(叶绿素a)则通过“上行效应”影响浮游动物的群落动态。The Qianyang Lake is a vital water source for Xinyu City in Jiangxi Province,and the water quality has gradually deteriorated in recent years.In order to study the succession of zooplankton community structure and its relationship with environmental factors in different hydrological periods of Qianyang Lake,the zooplankton community and water quality were monitored in January,May and July 2022.A total of 40 species of zooplankton were identified,belonging to 4 phyla,protozoa and rotifers were the dominant genus(species)of zooplankton in Qianyang Lake.The abundance and biomass of zooplankton differed significantly among different hydrological period.Both the abundance and biomass of phytoplankton were highest in dry season,followed by the normal water-level season,and lowest in wet season.Moreover,RDA and Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that water temperature is the most important environmental factor regulating the plankton community structure in Qianyang Lake,and phytoplankton(Chla)affects the community dynamics of zooplankton through the“upward effect”.
