产木聚糖酶短小芽孢杆菌对中药废水修复作用的研究

摘  要:中药废水富含纤维素、半纤维素,这些大分子多糖若不有效去除,处理水很难达标。分析某处理水难达标中药废水处理站进水口水和MBR膜过滤水干物质、总糖、COD及其相关性,发现废水处理过程中糖COD占比由13.77%升至58.72%,糖类物质没有得到有效降解;于进水口废水和好氧池废水分离复筛得到18株产木聚糖酶菌株,粗测酶活0.1~0.76 IU/mL,产酶菌株分布少、生长弱、产酶活力低;将产木聚糖酶短小芽孢杆菌M-26应用于该废水修复,并进行活菌分离计数、菌密度、COD、溶解氧和总糖监测,M-26能在废水中生长繁殖,5%、1%、0.5%M-26分别能去除67.84%、56.92%、49.26%COD和90.08%、77.03%、62.09%BOD及一定量总糖。M-26能有效降低中药废水的污染组分,是一株潜在的能应用于中药废水修复的菌株。The content of cellulose and hemicellulose in traditional Chinese medicine wastewater is high.If these polysaccharide macromolecules cannot be effectively removed,it is difficult to meet the standard for water treatment.By analyzing the dry matter,total sugar,COD,and their correlation between the inlet water and the MBR membrane filtered water of a Chinese medicine wastewater treatment station whose treated water is difficult to meet standard,it was found that the proportion of sugar COD in the wastewater treatment process increased from 13.77%to 58.72%,and sugar substances were not effectively degraded;18 strains of xylanase-producing strains were obtained through separation and rescreening of wastewater from the inlet and aerobic tank.The crude enzyme activity was measured to be 0.1~0.76 IU/mL,and the distribution of enzyme-producing strains was small,with weak growth and low enzyme activity;The xylanase-producing Bacillus subtilis M-26 was applied to the remediation of the wastewater,and live bacterial isolation and counting were carried out.The bacterial density,COD,dissolved oxygen,and total sugar were monitored.M-26 can grow and reproduce in the wastewater,and 5%,1%,and 0.5%M-26 can remove 67.84%,56.92%,49.26%COD,90.08%,77.03%,62.09%BOD,and a certain amount of total sugar,respectively.M-26 can effectively reduce the pollution components of traditional Chinese medicine wastewater and is a potential strain that can be applied to the remediation of traditional Chinese medicine wastewater.
