摘  要:传统活性污泥法因其能耗高、排放大量的二氧化碳以及资源回收能力差等问题,难以满足未来环境和经济的可持续发展需求,因此迫切需要开发新的污水处理技术。近年来,藻-菌颗粒污泥(MBGS)技术因其高效的废水处理能力、低能耗、低二氧化碳排放、潜在的资源回收能力而受到广泛关注。然而,目前MBGS技术主要停留在实验室研究阶段,其工程化应用还存在一些挑战。本研究通过对MBGS的培养方法进行分析,对其培养过程中的影响因素进行了探究,可为该技术尽快实现工程化、经济化以及高效化发展提供参考。The traditional activated sludge method is challenging to align with the sustainable development requirements of the future environment and economy because of its high energy consumption,significant carbon dioxide emissions,and limited resource recovery capacity.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop new sewage treatment technologies.In recent years,the microalgal-bacterial granular sludge(MBGS)technology has garnered widespread attention for its efficient wastewater treatment,low energy consumption,low carbon dioxide emissions,and potential resource recovery capabilities.However,the current MBGS technology remains primarily at the laboratory research stage,with challenges in its engineering application.This study examined the cultivation methods of MBGS and investigated the influencing factors during its cultivation process,which could provide insights for the rapid advancement of engineering,economic,and efficient development of this technology.
